This year, April 11, 2019 the Safety Summit will take place at the beautiful Strand Theater.
This year’s topic is theft and break-in prevention. Keynote speakers include SFPD Sergeant Patrick Kennedy, Burglary Unit, and Commander of Municipal Transportation Teresa Ewins, as well as Cypress Security. Speakers will cover a variety of prevention techniques to avoid break-ins at home, at work and more. Attendees will also learn how to how to avoid becoming a victim of personal theft. Visit with community safety organizations before and after the presentation, including A.L.E.R.T., Applied Video Solutions (AVS), Cypress Security, SF72.org, SF Bike Coalition, SFMTA Park Smart, SF Safe, Vision Zero SF and representatives from the MMCBD and CCCBD.
A post-presentation reception with wine and light bites will follow.
